How it works
The goal is simple: help you understand how a packaged food fits your child's age without turning every ingredient into a warning.
Step 1
Scan or search
Scan the product barcode or search by name or brand. We only show a recommendation when we can identify the exact product and have enough verified label information to assess it reliably.
Step 2
Choose your child's age
Age matters, especially for babies and toddlers. Choose a specific age so the recommendation uses the right pediatric guidance rather than a broad age-group estimate.
Step 3
See the bottom line first
Start with the recommendation, the main reasons, and anything worth knowing. Nutrition, ingredients, safety details and sources stay available underneath when you want more depth.
What we won't do
- Call an ingredient toxic, dangerous or carcinogenic just to get your attention.
- Publish a mystery health score with no visible reasoning.
- Guess when a barcode or product label cannot be matched reliably.
- Present an association from one study as if it were established causation.
