Help us build KidoChoice with real families
We're inviting parents and caregivers to use KidoChoice with foods they already buy and tell us what is helpful, confusing, missing or wrong before a wider launch.
KidoChoice is in beta. Guidance is educational and does not diagnose conditions or replace advice from your child's clinician.
1. Add your child's age
Create a profile so KidoChoice can use the right pediatric age automatically. The profile stays on your device.
2. Scan at least 5 foods
Use packaged foods your family actually buys. Pantry items and grocery-store products are both useful.
3. Tell us what you think
After each recommendation, tell us whether it was useful and flag anything confusing, incorrect or incomplete.
What we want to learn
This beta is about the real parent experience, not whether you know nutrition science. We especially want to know when KidoChoice does not match your expectations.
- Did the barcode scan work?
- Was the product information correct?
- Was the recommendation easy to understand?
- Did the reasons behind it make sense?
- Did anything feel confusing or too technical?
- Did you disagree with the recommendation?
- Would this help you make a purchase decision?
- Would you use KidoChoice again?
Your privacy during the beta
Child profiles are stored on your device rather than as a KidoChoice account profile. Recommendation feedback is structured and does not include the child profile.
Always check the physical package for allergen and ingredient information.
What happens when data is incomplete?
KidoChoice will not invent a recommendation. If we cannot verify enough current label information, we will say that clearly and queue the product for review.
Send beta feedback
Tell us what happened on your last scan — what worked and what didn't. Feedback is anonymous, so please leave out your child's name, birth date and medical details.

Ready to try it?
Set the child's age, scan five real products, and use the feedback prompt after each recommendation. That is enough to make your beta testing genuinely useful.
